Scale buildup is a major challenge in maintaining water quality for utilities like cooling systems, boiler feed water, and process water. Traditional methods use softeners, scale inhibitors, or chemical treatments.
Cooling water is essential for industrial operations but consumes vast amounts of water. To conserve resources, water is recirculated—but this leads to corrosion, scaling, bio-growth, and fouling, impacting system efficiency which needs chemical treatment.
Corrosion and microbial growth lead to suspended solids, causing fouling and scale buildup that reduce heat transfer efficiency and flow rates. Keeping cooling water clean and free of suspended solids is essential for smooth operation.
Top up from cooling water, normal corrosion and fouling may add suspended solids in brine and chilled water. Increased TSS may cause clogging, fouling. This may result in heat transfer inefficiencies, increased energy consumption, increased microbial growth.

Came forward with “Safe & Healthy Thermic Fluid System” concept, and suggested oil based cleaning Chemical Thermclean XL.The System is now working satisfactorily and we have saved 10 % in our fuel consumption & top up rate has drastically reduced from 10 % in year 2001 to 4 % in year 2003. Since then we have not yet changed thermic fluid and our consumption of thermic fluid has also reduced up to 20 %.

We M/s. Faridabad Trading Engineers deal in genset on hire, its operation & maintenance contracts. At many places, we face the problem of deposite & scale formation in genset. This creates problems in radiator cooling efficiency & overall performance of genset. We used this chemical for online descaling D’Scale RC 50 of our genset at one of our customers through the cooling circuit. We found that cooling efficiency improved by 50% after this. This performance was really unexpected & we are very much excited about the performance of this product.
We are using ON-LINE Thermic fluid oil Filtration system for our unit-2 i.e. FACT-O-50 for more than three years for removing carbon particles which are generated in Thermic Fluid oil. Earlier we were using asbestos gland packing and we are facing the problem of heavy leakage, resulting in frequent and more amount of new fresh thermic fluid oil top up. After installing their specialty gland packing “MACSTAR HOTPACK” thermic fluid circulation pump, we saved a lot more expenses on thermic fluid as now pump is operating with “ZERO DROP LEAK”. We had used two products of M/s Eximious Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Thane namely, Macstar 2800 with Macstar 2080 for gate valve gland packing in petroleum products MS, HSD and SKO. The performance of products observed is excellent. Use of these products in valves results in leak proof operation of valves. Apart from the products, the services provided by the engineers of the company is upto the great satisfaction and the response given as and when required has been prompt.

Veng Chem & Allied, we have used Elecstar Power sol P00 1 (which does not contain any chlorinated solvent), for cleaning & maintenance of Electrical Contactor, Switch Fuse Units, Breaker Panels, Electrical Control Panels, Breaker & Connectors. We found that it is very useful, safe & economical to use for Maintenance for Electrical equipment. Also, we found that its replacement of C.T.C.
