Purpose : Filter out all the contaminants in Thermic Fluid system developed, generated acquired like carbon, ash, thick agglomerated oil, highly viscous oil, corrosion products etc. and keep the oil clean, free flowing.
System Fact-O is designed to filter out unwanted Thermic Fluid contaminants, On-Line i.e. without any shut down or down time to keep the circulating Thermic Fluid clean, free flowing and healthy.
Thermclean ??? XL is oil based, decarbonising ??? cleaning compound to clean and decarbonise the Thermic Fluid system internals. It is to be mixed with oil and is circulated using the system pump. It will penetrate the carbon ??? carbonaceous deposits, remove them off the metallic surface. After completion, remove the old oil from the system; fill up with a new oil and commission as recommended norm, slow heating basis.
Thermclean ??? OL is oil based Thermic Fluid decarbonising compound, designed to remove the carbon and carbonaceous deposits from the system internals, On-Line, i.e. no shut down or down time basis. The removed contaminants will be trapped in System Fact-O, On-Line filtration system. It is also used to correct the acidity levels of Thermic Fluid. The strong antioxidant in Thermclean ??? OL overall protects the entire oil.
Operation UFP is a service, under our supervision and guidance specifically targeted to increase flash point and fire point of the Thermic Fluid System. It is a controlled mechanism, under supervision, is carried out while the system is in operation.

System Relief as the name suggest, is designed to relieve the operation and maintenance team from the Thermic Fluid related worries and troubles. Whenever Thermic Fluid is heated, the low boilers are generated and needed to be vented out effectively and efficiently as they are thermally not stable. They tend to produce carbon, carbonaceous matter, polymerized matter etc. Low boilers also tend to bring down the flash point of the oil which necessitates the change of total oil from safety point of view. These low boilers are removed from the system through deaeration tank. Sometimes they are undersigned or not efficient in removal of low boilers, hence low boilers start accumulating in the system.
It can also be installed in the plant if your dearation tank is not performing well due to less of viscosity of Thermic Fluid.
Only area (apart from process side), where water comes in contact with oil; is the Thermic Fluid pump gland cooling area, where water is used to cool the gland area. Scaling on this area decreases the heat transfer rate across gland area. Pin holes and cracks in the same, might cause water ingress into the system. Both these cases are highly risky and increase fire and accident hazards.
